Expected Nokia P1

After the launch of company's first Android smartphone Nokia 6 earlier this month, HMD Global Oy has now been tipped to launch its Android based Nokia P1 smartphone at MWC 2017. Further, it has been suggested that the smartphone will be based on Sharp Aquos Xx3 smartphone, which was launched last year in Japan.


Nokia P1's expected specifications –


1.  5.3 "IGZO display with a refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz, Gorilla Glass 5

2. Qualcomm Snapdragon 835,6GB of RAM and 128/256 GB ROM drive.




3. The smartphone is expected to feature a Zeiss-certified 22.6 mega pixel rear camera.

4. Battery 3500 mAh with Quick Charge.




5. Ultrasonic fingerprint reader on the right end of the smartphone.

6. In terms of water and dust resistance, phone is expected to be IP55 / IP57-certified.

7. Nokia P1 will come with Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box.

The price of Nokia P1 is expected to start around ₹ 54,500 for the 128GB model and around ₹ 64,700 for the 256GB variant. HMD Global Oy is expected to launch more Nokia phones at MWC 2017 on February 26.
